RARE LADIES ZODIAC 14k GOLD & DIAMOND BRACELET WATCH



This rare and absolutely gorgeous 14k gold ZODIAC 17 jeweled movement bracelet watch set with 8 diamonds was a present of love from my father to my mother in the middle 60's.



The watch/bracelet is about 6.9"

LEFT: Dial cover showing it's beautiful floral design with three diamonds on a crescent moon shaped petal crowned with 5 additional diamonds   The cover is about 13/16" wide. CENTER: 14k stamped on the back of the watch case.  Not shown is the 14k stamping on the clasp.  RIGHT: Cover open showing the dial and the intricate hatch work around it.

APPRAISER'S DESCRIPTION OF THE WATCH.

For everyone's convenience, as I'm not familiar with jewelry terminology, I am showing the part of the appraisal with the appraisers handwritten description   The appraisal will go to the buyer if desired.  Note that the $6,000 appraisal is replacement value.

The hand wound mechanism seems to run fine though I haven't had its calibration checked.  A local watch specialist said that replacing the mechanism with a modern electrical movement wouldn't be a problem though I see no need for it as the current one is a fine handsome Swiss timepiece and suitable for the time period and style of the watch.
