I have several more varieties of legal file folders than shown on this webpage but not in quantities enough to photograph and do a write up on each one — inquire. Note the packing — 100/box or 50/box. In most cases buying by the case and shipping even across the country will result in a 50% or greater savings (sometimes even 90%) than buying them from your local office superstore.

1-White Legal FF

File Folder #1 - WHITE Kardex #5299R-0:  10.5 point file folders manufactured for the Kardex filing system by Sperry-Remington. Straight cut reinforced filing tab. Ideal for situations when large amounts of material need to be filed, note the Kompakt® fastener attached directly to and flush with the folder holding fast with eight steel "feet" at the top of the inside back cover (position 6). 100/box, 5 boxes/ctn.

4-Orange Legal FF

File Folder #4 - ORANGE Globe-Weis number CD22-2/5-2-ORG: 11 point, 2/5 cut tab in the right-center position, Reinforced top edge. 100/box, 5 boxes/carton.

6-Kraft Legal FF

File Folder #6 - KRAFT item number should be something like K213D-1-UB2-6-4: 11 point kraft folders made by Universal Paper Goods with 1/3 cut undercut tabs in the left most position; complete filing edge is reinforced; 2 bonded 2" fasteners in positions #1 and #6. 50/box, 5 boxes/ctn.

8-Kraft Legal FF

File Folder #8 - KRAFT item number should be close to K233-GH-UB2: Heavy duty 18 point GUIDE HEIGHT kraft folder by Universal Paper Goods; 1/3 cut in right hand position with two 2.5" crimp fasteners in positions #1 and #6 — see next picture for clarification of GUIDE HEIGHT. 50/box, 5 boxes/ctn.

8b-Kraft Legal FF

File Folder #8 - KRAFT GUIDE HEIGHT with pink ordinary size file folder in front of it sticks up about 1/2" higher — acts as super guides in some filing systems.

10-Tan Legal FF

File Folder #10 - TAN Kardex Cat. No. 52998R-8: Tan colored, but not kraft, 10.5 point files made by Sperry Remington; 2/5 cut tabs in right center position; complete filing edge is reinforced; ideal for situations when large amounts of material need to be filed, note the Kompakt® fastener attached directly to and flush with the folder holding fast with eight steel "feet" at the middle top of the back cover. 100/box, 5 boxes/ctn.

SALES PRICING, INFO AND CONDITIONS

Sold by the full box or cartons only.  Unbroken cartons of letter and legal sizes can be mixed for discounts when shipped to one address at the same time. There is a single $2.50 packing charge for sales in box lots — no charges in carton lots. All sales subject to prior sale.
